The ADR Committee comprises lawyers interested and involved in mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

The Committee is engaged on a major project in the Guidelines Chapter on ADR for the Legislation Advisory Committee. Once approved, after consultation, that chapter will be available on the LAC website, particularly for the use of government and corporate lawyers who wish to understand ADR and to use it in legislation.
